WooHoo – it’s the holiday season again and I’m so excited! I love all the holidays, but my absolute favorite time is from the beginning of Autumn through New Year’s Day! Some years I get to do a lot of parties and fancy Christmas decor and some years I don’t, but that’s ok.

I love the music, the lights, the magazines, and even the commercials! And I love to exercise my Grandma Gifts of Love by coming up with cute and creative personalized gifts for all the special people in my life! I love to use them to help create special family memories. Don’t you? 
This week I put together some unique gift baskets for my grandkids, full of all sorts of goodies they can use to make personalized Christmas ornaments for their parents, their grandparents (yup, that includes me), and for each other! There are markers, crayons, little scissors, plain wooden Christmas ornaments for them to color, foam Christmas tree ornaments, stickers, and pretty gold thread to hang all these works of art when they are finished! I guess you could call them Pre-Christmas gifts. Whatever you call them, they are a lot of fun!

I have the Christmas ornaments baskets all set up in their playroom, ready for them to work on Christmas tree ornaments whenever we have a spare hour here or there. When they come over to visit, I’m planning on making that work area our first stop! Hopefully we will get all our Christmas ornaments done in plenty of time. Then I suspect I will have willing helpers to create even more unique gift baskets for their parents! Full of Christmas ornaments, Christmas cookies, and Christmas love!

And while I’m at it, I’ll be keeping my easy to use Canon Powershot SD880 IS ELPH digital camera, to make sure I get plenty of fun shots full of family memories. Don’t forget to have tons of fun, build your own fun family memories, and take plenty of photos to remember those special times!
